Need 2 lock keepers & a handle to open & close window

Take a look at the EntryGard and Caradco operators below depending on the length of the shorter link arm. 

I'm not sure if we have an exact match for the lock in your photo but it reminds me of one of our Escutcheon-style handles, such as the 38-205, 38-208, or 38-209. You'll need to compare the specifications to see if one of these might be what you need. Thanks for posting!
