These came out of an Insulate sash window. They are stamped 31 5 BSI OE. They measure 9/16" wide and 5/8" tall.

Hello,
Sure! These can be ordered but they will need to be custom assemblies since they are Extended Travel Channel Balances. This is determined based on the shoe and its wheel as well as the clip attached to the shoe.
Your replacements will have a different clip attached to them but the manufacturer has confirmed that the new clip is a direct replacement for the one on your balances.
