Thanks for your post! This window balance looks can be replaced with the S380-13 or S385-13. To determine which of these is the correct series, you'll need to confirm the depth of the bottom shoe.

I believe our 1240 stamp will work in place of yours. A pair of these will support a sash weighing 11 to 12lbs.
