Thanks for posting. See either our S380-23 or S385-23 Channel Balances. The only difference between these two Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. With the Series 380 the depth of this nylon shoe is 1", whereas with the Series 385 it is 1-3/32". Compare with your own and see what is best. 

Once you know which balance to select, you most choose a stamp option. Your stamped number of 22 4 corresponds to our stamp option of 2240, which is for a window sash weight range of 19 through 23 lbs. If you are uncertain this is correct, you can always weigh your window sash to make sure it fits within this weight range. Let us know if you have any questions.
