Need 2 spring replacements

I have double hung tilt window with a broken spring. I don't know if I need new 3D335 picture number part? I would like two spring replacements so they ware the same. Also don't have a tool to load them. Want to make sure I'm getting the right parts. Also broke the plastic piece that goes over the top and not sure if you have them.

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we'll need to confirm the diameter of the spiral balance tube, which would be either 3/8 or 5/8". If you need to pivot shoe as well, we'd need to see a photo of it removed from the window, including the exact width and depth of the shoe. Thank you!

I don't believe I need pivot shoes. I can see the spiral balance is broke so not going to cut out pivot shoe unless I could see it's broke. I'll take a picture of the balance tube measurement. It seems way bigger than 3/8 but not quite 5/8? Closer to 5/8.

It looks like your tube might be closer to 5/8" in diameter. If so, take a look at our S600-22 spiral balance with a red tip strength option. You may also want to consider purchasing a 75-006 charging tool. Thanks for posting!
