Need 20 replcement balances

A home owner from Las Vegas says:
April 22, 2022
All ten windows are Atrium made, single hung, size 35" wide by 33 1/4" high.
Balance shows stenciled numbers: 31 4 CX CMC 11.
Balance channel is 32" long, with nylon tips on each end, with riveted pins.
Atrium indicated they transferred to you all spare parts, as these windows, built around 2002, were discontinued.

Hello! Thanks for reaching out to us. Based on what I see here, your balance is a match for our S395-32. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting pre-attached. As long as those match up then you should be good to go.

When prompted, I recommend picking the 3140 stamp option. This is the modern equivalent of your old 31-4 stamp.
