Need 23DS Channel Balance

The length of the metal channel should be 24" but can you confirm? We would also like you to measure the bottom shoe as shown below and tell us what you find.

Great, thank you! I'll go ahead and email you a purchase link for (4) 24" long balances with the 19-041 top fitting, 15-005 1" bottom shoe, and 2375 stamp. A pair of balances with this stamp is calibrated for a sash weighing 37 to 40 pounds. The 38 in your stamp may indicate the weight of the sash but we recommend you weigh it to confirm as custom orders are nonrefundable.
