It measures 11/16" in height x 3/8" in depth x 12-3/16" in length. Take a look and see if this could work for your repairs.

I would also suggest taking a look at the 32-235 13-3/4" Low Profile Full Extend Drawer Slide Pair, which also features a steel ball bearing. Its measurements are 1-3/4" height x 1/2" depth x 13-3/4" length.
