Need 3 sets for lower window

Thanks for reaching out to us. This looks like an old Certainteed coil balance set. 

I pulled up a list of products you might need. For the metal metal pivot bars, Certainteed discontinued your style and made the 26-175 as a replacement. They may look different but they'll work just fine anyway. 

We also carry the new style 15-192 pivot shoe. Note that you might have to file down the aligners on the face of the shoe to fit in the window track, since the old style you have now lacked this particular detail.

For the 16 lbs. sash, you can use our S170-408. These carry 8 pounds each, so having one on each side will carry your 16 pound sash without issue.
