Need 38.5" channel balance

Good afternoon:

I am in need of four channel balances for single case windows. The metal part measures exactly 28.5". I have looked all over the metal and plastic parts and cannot locate any numbers or letters or make. These windows are about 30 years old. I do have additional pictures if needed. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to u s. We can supply this balance, but it will have to be a special order due to the length of the metal channel. Can you just confirm that the length is 28.5"? Your title said 38.5" so I wanted to be 100% sure. Can you also tell me what the stamp printed on the metal channel reads?
