Thanks for your post. I believe we can provide you with a replacement for this handle set. When referring to the distance between the installation holes, are these the holes on the door or the handle you're showing?
Also, is that the handle that was originally on the door?
May I see photo of the measuring tape next to both? Starting from the center of the top hole to the center of the bottom installation hole?

Thanks for confirming! The 82-030 Sliding Patio Door Handle Set should work to replace this set. If you are in search of a keyed option, take a look at the 82-030B Offset Keyed Handle Set. The mortise lock on the inside of the door reminds me of the 82-227. This is sold separately from the handle set.
Take a look over each of their dimensions to confirm that they are the right replacement.
