I see you're showing us two different length balances. The one marked with "31 4" should measure 32" in length from metal to metal and the one stamped with "22 5" should measure 23" in length from metal to metal. Check the length of each balance to confirm this information to be correct. 

As for a replacement balance, have a look at our Series 380 and Series 385. These are identical in appearance, with the exception of the 'depth' measurement of the bottom shoe. You will need to measure the depth of your bottom shoe, the way it is shown in the diagram below, to determine which of the two balances is the better match. For the 23" one, you can use the 2250 option and for the 34" balance, our 3140 option will work.
