Need 4.5" classic drawer pulls in antique bronze or close

A quick learner from Burgaw NC says:

I am looking for eight 4.5" classic drawer pulls in antique bronze (or a similar finish) for an elderly family member. I only need the handles but am willing to buy the handles/plate combination. I would also consider replacing all hardware if it doesn't require refinishing furniture. I do not know the brand of dressers but they are 35 years old and real wood.

We don't carry your exact pulls but our 22-202, 22-203 and 22-206 are similar in design. Look over the hole center spacing for each to see if any match what you need.
