Need 7 parts to fix window that will not stay up

I need 4 tilt balances and 3 sash pivot bars. Can you please help me pick out the correct ones?

Hello,
I believe that you may have Simonton windows. If so, I would recommend following the video below to replace your coil balance hardware and pivot bars. Take a look and thanks for posting!
