Need 8 replacement channel window balancers (sash balances)

I have non-tilt, single hung windows. The windows are starting to have these sash balances falling out. Which ones should I buy to replace them? The metal length portion is 32", foot is about 1". (See pics)

Markings: 31 3 LO Caldwell

Will need about 8 of these.

Thanks for posting! Based on your photos and measurements, I'd recommend our S385-32 with a 3130 option. See what you think.

Hi, Unfortunately I ordered the wrong one ( S380, 32?, 3130 option). It shipped already so it?s too late to cancel the order. The only difference is a slightly larger foot. Is it still usable for my window or would I need to return it? I ordered 12!!!

Everything is going to be ok. We would like for you to try the balances out first. If the sashes operate properly, you may have very little wiggle play room on the sides. That's fine. If not, you will need to return them and order the S385-32 channel balance with a 3130 option.
