We have custom windows by a company called Factory Direct in York, PA, that is no longer in business, and many of the locks have broken.
The sweep fits the dimensions of your part 90-077A, but the keeper is longer. That is sized 5/16 thick, with holes spaced 2-1/4 inches.
Can you match them?
Thanks for your time.

Need 90-077A, but bigger keeper

Here are two pictures. Of course, the rule is distorted, but actual sizes are as stated above.
I don't need a "pretty" lock, just something that works with the holes already drilled in the windows. Mix and match works for me.
Thanks.

Thank you for your continued patience in this matter. We are still looking for a possible replacement--though I have a few good ideas. Before we get started on any of that, though, I need one last bit of information.
Please give me the distance between a screw hole center to the setback--that is, the edge where the tongue protrudes. On the 90-077A, this dimension is 7/16". Is yours the same?

Tom:
Hole locations are the same as your 90-077A.
Would it help if I sent you one of our locks?
Again, I'm not looking for an exact replica, just something that fits the existing holes.
"Practical" beats "Pretty" everytime! At least with hardware!
Enjoy the weekend.

Thanks for getting back to us, Bob. Take a look at our 90-161 White Window Lock & Keeper. This lock has the same dimensions as the 90-077A, but without the nubs, which means it can be used for a greater variety of keepers. That's good, since the keeper it comes with also measures 2-1/16", not 2-1/4".
Take a look at our90-160. This keeper's holes measure 2-1/4" center-to-center, and it can work with the 90-161. Do you think these two would be a good substitute?

What's the thickness on the 90-160?
I need 5/16" to match the existing holes. If the windows were wood, I'd fill the holes and drill new ones, but I won't be messing with the aluminum.
Thanks for searching!

The thickness of the 90-160 is, fortuitously, 5/16".

Thanks a lot, guys!!
This certainly was a challenge. Too bad I just couldn't walk in with a lock and do in a few minutes what's taken several email exchanges.
I'll get an order in soon.
Thanks again. I appreciate the help!
