Need Accuweld replacement part for lower section of bow window

Home Owner from 11357
Hi
I discovered one of the lower double bracket arms have rotted (I believe it's the operator arm and the roller arm that have rusted). The window can no longer open and close properly, but I managed to put in some new screws just enough to close the window which I know is just temporary. I've taken a picture of the other working window and attached it to here so you can see the type of window bracket assembly I would need. Can you tell me if this part is available? Thank you! - Mark S.

Hi, Mark. We can definitely help with this, but it's tough to make out what you have from this angle. Can you take a top-down photo of the same parts?

Hi, here are 2 add'l photos. It's difficult to maneuver by that part of the window to get a topdown view, I'm sorry. I'm trying to show you the best possible position that shows all the bracket arms and the brace underneath. There is a bracket arm that slides beneath the frame of the window. I'm obviously showing the good window bracket with these 2 new pictures. The bad one is rotted underneath the frame.

I think I understand now. It seems like you're looking for a new hinge assembly. If so, then I recommend the 36-048. This won't be exactly the same as your original, but as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time then it will work for you. The video below goes into more detail, so I definitely recommend watching it.

Hi, I saw your reply, but I think it's a 3 bar hinge (not a 2 bar hinge as you suggest). Can you give me the number for a 3 bar hinge set?
Thanks,
Mark S.

We unfortunately don't have a 3-bar hinge set. Looking at your photos, it looks like a 2-bar hinge set. I would double check to make sure.

Ok, but can you tell me if this is comparable to the Accu-weld brand, and if it is the wrong one, can I return it for refund?
Thanks,

I can't say if it's comparable to that as I'm not familiar with what hinge that brand used. If they're like most window manufacturers, then they used generic hinges in their windows. Without seeing a clearer photo of your hinge, the products suggested are my best recommendation.

You can see our return policy here.
