Length 28" metal end to metal end. 1/2" wide.
Model no. 2730. There is a small "b" right in front of the model number.

Thanks for reaching out! Your balances look similar to either the S351-28 with a 1" shoe or the S390-28 with a 1-1/8" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. You'll need to select the 2730 stamp.
