Need Assistance w. Replacement Window Balance

Hi. I think I need the S385-21 but I am unsure if I need the S380 or S385. Can you please review the attached pictures and provide your advice.

Hello!

I agree that you want either the Series 380 or Series 385 but it's hard to eyeball accurate measurements from photos. The bottom fitting looks like it may be over 1" though. If it's 1-3/32" deep then the Series 385 is the way to go. We also recommend the 2020 stamp option based on your 20-2 stamp.
