I need to replace the window part shown.
Original numbers on the part are D-198202us. RD 1963 Can
11500-3 2 R.H.

I spoke one of your colleagues at Swiss o and he told me this is not your part but you may be able to recommend a suitable replacement. Thanks

Thanks for posting! Your awning operator reminds me of the 39-012 RH Superior Window Crank. The left handed version is the 39-011.

These operators come with the compatible handle but the you may need the 33-206 Shoulder Bolt Washer and 33-081 Pan Head Phillips Screw.

Sure! The piece on the left looks like a match for the 36-018B Arm Control Bracket. The other piece reminds me of the 36-018C Stanley Intermediate Vent Latch Pair.
