Need Balance for 7/8" Shoe

Thanks for reaching out. Given that your bottom shoe measures 7/8", you'll need the 15-029 shoe installed to the balance. That means this will need to be a custom order balance.

I can get an order link made up for you but there are a few pieces of information I'll need to confirm that we are provide the right balances. To start, I'll need to know the exact weight of your window as I am unable to cross-reference your existing stamp. The window weight will help to determine which stamp is best to support the sash.

I'll also need to know the number of balances you are looking to purchase. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom order. Please note, that they are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Hi Karen. The window measurements won't help to determine the weight, unfortunately. It does not account for the weight of the glass panes in the sash.

You'll need to physically weigh the window.
