Need Balance

Your balance looks like it uses a terminal clip like the Series 770. However, you'll notice that our balance uses a screw to install at the top of the window while yours uses an S-clip similar to the 19-029. We can still help, but this will have to be a custom order due to that difference. I'll just need more information to get the ball rolling.

• Can you confirm the length of the balance's metal channels, the stamps, and the quantity of each? 
• Do all the balances install the same way as the one shown here in your photos?

Thank you! 50" is off our weight chart so we will need you to weigh the window sash and get back to us with the precise weight. We can get the ball rolling from there. 

Thanks for getting back to us! After further research, it looks like the best we can offer is a 50" length that will support 50 pounds. However, I'm afraid the balances cannot carry 60 pounds. 

If you'd like for us to quote the 50" balances, we will need to know if the balances are for the upper or lower window sash.
