I am President of an HOA in Peoria AZ in a subdivision built by KB Homes and they installed ALENCO windows. 10-15 years later we have many homeowners whose windows stick or don't stay or are coming out of their tracks. I would like to order:
24 units or 12 sets of 24-40
4 units or 2 sets of 27-30
6 units or 3 sets of 15-30
6 clips (same clip pictured in 4 attachments)

As for the top sash guide, we have seen it before but were never able to find a replacement for it. The closest possible match we could come up with was our 18-009, though I cannot guarantee it will work.
