Need Balance ID

Just moved into a new house and need to replace some balances on my milgard windows, the part is labeled 22 5 EW CMC 11.
Looks like is 1/2" wide and 23" long.

Hello there. I am confident we can help, but we'll need a little more information. Can you show me photos of the rest of the 'guts' or underbelly of the metal channel? Some balances from the west coast have a special design we must account for. We'll do our best to help from there.

That's perfect, thanks. This looks like either an S380-23 or S385-23 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2250.

Looks great, it's just a bit longer than 1" so I'll go with the S385, thank you so much!

Any advice on how to determine which option I need? I am not sure how heavy my sash is
