Need Balance Shoe for Single Hung Capital Window

The right side shoe is broken see photo so window will not stay open
The home was built in 2001
The glass inside measurement on the window is H26inches / W30inches

Thanks for posting! I've made a list of possible replacement parts for this balance system that you can review on the right side of this page. For the coil springs themselves, our Series 190 is compatible with all the hardware we've listed. You will need the stamp printed on it in order to determine the proper option.
