Need Balance beam assemblies for 2 double hung tilt windows.

Question

I had two small window companies come out for repair and replacement but they said they would have to order the balance beam assembly system. That was 3 weeks ago. I have not heard from them. So I am trying to order the parts so that they can just come and install everything.

I have included the measurements of the beams and the other parts that were here when purchased this place. If there are other parts, I do not have them. The windows will not stay open when I pull up, nor tilt.

I think I will need 4 of the upper beams and 4 of the lowers ones to correct the side by side alumunium windows. Please let advise. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to us! This looks like a typical tilt window spiral balance, though perhaps an older model. With that in mind, you only have two options: either the 3/8" diameter Series 900 or the 9/16" diameter Series 600. You'll have to measure the diameter of the outer plastic tube on your original to verify the best option.
