Need Balance for Non-Tilt Windows

Question

Hi, please see attached picture and help me identify the correct part number. There is no stamp information on the old parts. The width is a little more than half an inch. The length for the metal portion is 27 inches. Thank you!

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

Since there are no markings, you will need to weight the window sash and compare to the strength chart on the balance product page to choose the correct spring strength stamp option.
