Currently there is no balance in the window. We need 2 balances.
The Sash Weight is 10 LBS. Sash from top to bottom is 25".
Someone took out the balance, and didn't return it, and that was 25".

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to say that I would not be able to identify the balances you need solely based on the specifications of the sash and its weight. I'll need to see a photo of a similar balance, if there are still any existing balances either in that same window or in a similar window in the home/building.
The details of the balances like how they install and how they interact with the window are very important to ensure the window continues to function properly.
Are you able to provide a photo of the hardware?
