Need Balance parts

Question

Hi, I need replacement balances. I believe I need either Series 351 or Series 390 but can't really tell the difference. The metal channel length is 27". I have not weighed the sash but it is 33"w X 25"h, farily sizeable. Help needed to order correct parts. I also need Take Out Clips, which I'll include in my order.

I actually don't think you have either the Series 351 or Series 390 channel balances. I think it's between our Series 380 or Series 381 balances. Check them out and see if you agree.

Now, I still don't know which is closer. I would have to know the exact dimensions of that bottom shoe. The Series 380 uses our 15-005 while our Series 385 uses our 15-004. Check the dimensions out below and see which is a better match.
