Hey there,

Thanks for reaching out! The balances you have are a custom made assembly. Which can be confirmed based on the staple-like attachment connected to the shoe. I am happy to supply you with an order link for them but I'll need to now the stamp from the metal channel to confirm the right replacement.

Also, I'll need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase, to confirm pricing and availability. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance.

Hi Jasmine,

It would be so awesome if you can make them. I would need 4 of these for now. I have attached a photo with the stamp. I was going to order S380-15, but I guess they wont work;(

Please lemme know if there are any other info that is needed.

Hi Aaron,

Thanks for the photo of the stamp. Unfortunately, the S380-15 would not work to replace your existing balances. They wouldn't fit in the window the same way.

That said, I've forwarded a link with a quote for the (4) requested balances. You'll be able to use this link to review the quote and place the order from your online cart.
