Hey there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at the S380-13 and S385-13 channel balances. One of these may be what you need depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. You must measure as shown below to determine the best match. You'll also want to select the 1250 stamp option for your replacements.

Hi,
I already ordered the channel balances. Order number is 2367588. I ordered balances S385-13 option 1240 ( because I see the maximum option in the list is 1240). Now can you change my order to option 1250 instead. Thank you

I'm afraid we can't make any changes to the order once it's placed. You would have to give our customer service team a call at (888) 991-1929 to cancel your order. We could then look into seeing if we can bring in the 1250 option for your replacements.

We can supply the S385-13 balances with the 1250 stamp via custom order. I'll go ahead and email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) of these balances that you can use to place an order on our website. Please note that there is a 5-6 week lead time.
