Hello, I have two of these windows that no longer close properly. Any advice is welcome, thank you.

Hello and thanks for the response. I'll answer as best I can.

1. 21 15/16 inches for the metal
2. Non-tilt, it's a single hung vertical slider
3. The stamp reads: 21 D B.S.I
4. 1/2 inch width
5. I'll send photos
6. Attached photos
7. Attached photo

Is this what you need? Thank you!
Thanks again, please let me know if you need additional information.
Kind Regards

Hey there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. This looks like it could be the Series 351 or Series 390 channel balances depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. Your length is odd, though. It should measure 22" based on your stamp. Can you double-check that for us?

If the metal channel measures 22", you'd want the S390-22. The old 21D stamp may translate to our 2140 stamp option. A pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 15 to 23 pounds but you can always weigh the window sash to confirm.
