Need Balances

Question

Hello,I have a window that weights 15.4 pounds. I need two complete window sash block and tackle balancers as pictured. The metal end to end is 30" long. I also need 10 of the pieces on both ends of the balancers and the retaining pins. Lastly, I need 20 of the pieces that go in the corners of the sash (window). Please see measurements in pics.
If there was a stamped number on any of these I would gladly share it. There are no stamps, no numbers.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-30, S385-30, or S378-30 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

If there are no stamps on your old balance, then you will need to weigh your sash on a scale to determine the correct stamp option. We have a weight chart on each product's store page that tells you exactly how much each stamp can carry.

Regarding the corner pieces, these are called top sash guides. Yours resembles our 18-166, but you need to reivew all of our dimensions to verify that they match up.
