Need Balances Replaced

Hi. I am looking to replace a pair of Constant Force Balances for two double hung windows. Can you please help me determine which one I need from the photos I submitted please. Thank you

Thanks for posting. This looks like the 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 190 Coil Balance springs sold separately. Let me know if you have any questions about this hardware.
