Need Bulb WeatherStripping

Question

The product received is the wrong size . It is too small. (58-114)

Attached are photos of the existing weatherstripping from Pella. The bubble part is 1/2 inch. The plastic part that goes in the track is 5/16". The overall is 12/16".

Please advise what will work. And how I can return what I received for replacement.
