Need Casement lock (under handle of operator)

Please see the attached pictures. The lock is located underneath the handle, can you please help me identify this. May be Truth hardware.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We've seen this undermount lock before but we've never been able to get a hold of a replacement or alternative, unfortunately. I am very sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
