Need Channel Balance

Question

Good day
I really need help finding replacement parts for my windows. Attached are pictures of the balance and also the balance heads (plastic tips), sorry don't know what they are called, that need replacement.

I have a 50" x 38 6/16" window.
The number on the channel balance is 36.9 BSI.

Your balance looks like a match for the S395-37. Take a look at the specifications and see if you agree. You will also need to weigh the window sash to determine the correct stamp since yours doesn't align with our options.
