We'd be happy to help but we would need to see the fitting attached to the opposite end of the metal channel as well to narrow down your options. I'd also recommend double-checking the length of the metal channel, which should measure 31" long not including the end fittings. Thank you! 

It looks like you have either our S351-31, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-31, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. As we mentioned, you'll need to confirm that the metal channel measures 31" long, not including the end fittings. You'll also need a 3020 spring strength option for your replacement balances.
