This looks like a Series 770 Channel Balance. That stamp code is a little unusual for a balance of this length though; with the Series 770 balances, the first two digits usually designate the exact length of the balance. If it's indeed an S770-28 though, you'll need to get the exact weight of the window sash to determine the stamp option to select.
