Need Channel Balancer

Question

I need channer balance. on side it read 25d. Length of my load balancer is 26 inch. My sliding window's weight it 23 lb.

I also need clip/holder that holds this channel.

Hi there!

It looks like you have either our S351-26, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-26, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need.

If your window sash weighs 23 pounds, then you will need a spring strength option of 2540 which represents a sash weight of 19 to 25 pounds.

As for your top sash guide, we'll need to see it removed from your window, along with dimensions, to compare to our inventory.
