Need Channel Spring for Window in Carlsbad CA

Hi, Please help to identify my window side channel spring for replacement. It has markings "33" and "3 B.S.I. OR". Please see the attached 3 pictures for reference. Thank you very much, Joseph Nguyen

Thanks for writing in, Joseph. See our Series 380 or Series 385. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best.

Hi Bob, I measured the bottom shoe and it is 1-3/32" deep, so it must be a Series 385 balance with a 15-004 (1-3/32" deep) bottom shoe.

The metal channel length measured 34 inches, with the stamped markings "33" and "3 B.S.I. OR" as shown in attached pic. Therefore what channel balance part number should I order? Is it S385-34, Option 3330?

Thanks for the response. I think you nailed it--the S385-34 with a stamp option of 3330 sounds like what you have. Let me know if you have further questions.
