Thank you for your quick response. The pin that I have is 6.5" long but the width is correct 1/4"with a 3/8" nylon cap. Please let me know if you have the size I need.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your pin resembles the 21-044. The length isn't critical in the operation of the door. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.

The tracks that I ordered are not correct Because the pins I just received do not fit. The pictures I attached are the original tracks I have. Do you think you can help me to find the right tracks?

The new style Benchmark track is the 21-401 (36"). We don't carry 24", but being aluminum, you can cut down the length to 24".

Hi, actually is not the length of the tracks. The pins do not fit the pivot bracket on the new track. The new pins do fit my old track so the pins are correct. I don't know how to install the new pins in the new tracks.

The correct new style Benchmark track is the 21-401, as we mentioned previously. We've also related other-sized variants on this page.
