Need Coil balances with holder and shoes for this

Question

The sash is 28" tall. I need help identifying the parts needed for these coil balances to replace the whole system. Photos taken by customer in another town. My apologies for the lack of information

The coil balance assembly resembles the 15-180 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 190 coil springs. You will need to review the coil for a number stamped into the metal to determine the weighted option needed. Also review the 15-186 balance clip and 15-182 bushing if needed.
