Need Commercial Door Hinge Set

Question

I need a commercial door hinge set. The door opens outward from the outside with the hinges offset on the right hand side. I've included pics of the bottom hinge (outside view) and the top hinge from an inside view. If you need to see an outside view of the top hinge I'll have to get it for you. The door is to a gas station office, maybe at the most 28 inches wide so its not that heavy.

Do you have anything that would work?

I appears from your photos you have the 79-123 pivot set. I believe you will have to re-drill into the door for the top door pivot. The original older doors had three holes in the door to attach the top door pivot. The newer version, 79-123, has two mounting holes at 1-1/4". Take a look and let me know what you think.
