Need Correct Shoe to Order

Question

My channel balance is perfectly fine; however, the shoes have broken. I need to know the correct shoe to replace it with. I was thinking the 15-195. My balance is marked 27B. Also do you think the shoe on the 27A would fit the 27B?

Hello! It's hard to tell based on your picture, but the 15-195 does look similar to what you have. As long as the style and dimensions line up I think it could work.

Concerning swapping shoes on differently stamped balances, you should be okay assuming again that the shoes are identical. The stamps only indicate how strong the spring itself is, they usually do not have any bearing on what shoe is used.
