To start, please provide photos of the top and bottom attachments on the balances. I'll also need to know either the stamps from the metal channels on the balances or the exact weight of the sashes they support.

Custom assemblies are non-refundable and cannot be returned, so we need to obtain as many details about the balance as possible to ensure we can providing you with what you need.
