Hello,
We appreciate your patience as we researched this for you. Take a look at the 82-238 mortise lock to see if the mounting holes and dimensions match your lock. However, you'll also need to change the latch lever to the 82-240 but I'm not positive it would be compatible with your existing handle set.

If not, take a look at the 82-081 with 4-15/16" mounting holes shown below. Your handle looks like it could be an older version with different mounting holes. If you do need to replace the handle, keep in mind that you'll need to drill new mounting holes while being careful not to hit the glass in the door. Take a look at the hardware related on this page to see if any of these parts could work for your repair. Thanks for posting!
