Need Exterior/Interior Patio Sliding Door Handles

We need to replace Exterior/Interior Patio Sliding Door Handles which we believe are a Anderson handle set.

Want to replace interior and exterior handles, especially the exterior handle.

Existing screws are 5.5" center to center.
Height: 7 5/8"
Width:
Door thickness: 1.75"

Two Photo of existing handles and lock with Anderson engraving are attached.

Hey, Mary. See our 88-013 or 88-014. As for the turn latch, look at our 82-043. Could these parts work for you?

I am just following up on your earlier reply. Can these handles be installed in the reverse direction?

According to your images, the interior pulls to the left (standing on the inside) and the exterior to the right (if standing outdoors lookin at the door).

We need just the opposite: Interior pulls to left and exterior pulls to left.

Can they just be installed upside-down to make this happen?

Are you referring to the 88-013 and 88-014? If so, you can absolutely flip them over to get them to work.
