Need Hand cranks for casement window.

A home owner says:
Numbers on handle are 60-c-7041-62

I believe it is an Anderson window as I saw Anderson stamped in the edging on the screen. I called Anderson and they said they did not have this part???? I need 5 of these.

The crank has a 3/4 inch hexagon that inserts into the window piece. Total length of entire piece is 3 3/4 inches.

I believe that your operator is broken, allowing the stem to come out with the handle. The handle itself looks like our 39-286, but the operator is very old and that might be why Andersen doesn't recognize it. Look at our 39-094 and 39-095 to start with. If you aren't sure, remove the complete operator from the window and take photos of it by itself. Please also provide us with your dimensions.
