Need Harvey window crank assembly. For RIGHT half of window crnk

Hi John. See our 39-187. Review all the pictures and dimensions to confirm it's a match. For a new crank handle, see our 39-114L

The arm shown in your part is 5". The arm on my crank is 4.5 " Do you stock one like this ? This is a Harvey window.

Thanks for getting back to us. It looks like the 38-187 and 39-188 are, indeed, our best options. As for the length of the arm, I'm afraid we don't have that size.

You have three options. You could try our operator as-is; that 1/2" difference may not be a big deal and it could work fine.

If it does make a difference, then you could try to remount the bracket on the sash. Drilling a new hole for it and moving it over some could fix the issue.

If even that fails, then your last remaining option would be to swap the link arms. You would drill out the new and old arms, then install the old arm on the new operator using our 62-014 rivet.
